**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with product teams to understand and give input into product changes.
- Coordinate and manage project plans, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
- Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Maintain control over quality during User Acceptance Tests.
- Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service.
- Taking part in forecasting and budgeting for customer service and tracking the actual performance against
- budget.
- Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on technical specifications and
- business requirements.
- Manage external expectations and collaborate closely with project managers.
- A team player, task oriented and possesses good communication skills and customer service skills.
- Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
- Positive, possess a “Can Do” attitude and cheerful personality.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is recommended.
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, project management or coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Optimistic, patient, attentive and responsible nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Multitasking capabilities with flexibility for tight deadlines and extended hours.
- Independence with a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin for documentation and communication.
- Data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, willing to learn and capable of meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
