Assistant Baker

**Job Responsibility**
- Have basic knowledge about baking products.
- Assist in the preparation of cake batters, fillings, and frosting.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Preparations of bread, pastries and other items according to formula and scheduled standards.
- Operating baking machineries and implements.
- Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking
- Following production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
- Compliance Company standard operation procedure, food safety standards and Halal
- Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
- Unpack stocks upon receiving into the shop.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work well together.
- Ad Hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Good working attitude with related courses or working experience.
- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications
- Malaysian Only
- Possess own transport
- Willingness to learn
- Start work 6.00am or 6.30am, 6 days/weeks.
- Require on duty Sat/Sun/holiday.
- Work location: Puchong/ Dengkil/ KL/ PJ
