Manage daily M & E operations at site.
- Plans and coordinates M & E work with C & S and architectural works.
- Monitors M & E work programs and quality control.
- Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M & E works.
- Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
- Liaises with M & E sub-contractors and to close-up all internal and external NSRs.
- Prepares M & E progress report and Site Diary.
- Prepares all M & E correspondences and minutes of M & E coordination meeting.
- Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M & E works.
- Arranges for testing and commissioning and handing over of all M & E works.
- Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M & E works.
- Checks and verifies M & E contractor monthly progress claim.
- Prepares as-built drawings for M & E works.
- To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work at Cybersouth.
- 1 Full-Time position available.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
