**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Admin and HR departments to support and assist in placement administration
- Assisting day to day accounting functions including filing, data entry, record keeping and data management
- Assist with the invoicing and arranging payment to supplier
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records
- Audit adjustment for each organizations
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Checking bank statements and import bank statements for each organizations
- Working with bookkeeping software
- Scan and upload receipts in the accounting software given by the company
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Prepare project report, progress summaries and related data
- Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin and HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
- Assist with ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
- Meet the above requirements, and able to work on **Monday to Saturday**, from **9:00am until 6:00pm**.
