Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities which include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, discipline and grievances and any other related HR services.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Prepare HR relevant reports and letters in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of all employee's personal files.
- Manage employee benefits administration, e.g. claims and leaves.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws, company house rules & standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
