Warehouse & Fabrication Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Fabrication Duties**:

- Supervise daily fabrication activities including welding, cutting, fitting, and assembly.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and fabrication schedules.
- Allocate manpower and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure fabrication work meets required quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with QA/QC and project teams to resolve technical or quality issues.
- Maintain fabrication records, progress reports, and man-hour tracking.
- Enforce compliance with company safety policies and conduct regular toolbox meetings.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to fabrication workers.

**2. Warehouse Support Duties**:

- Monitor material flow and usage to avoid shortages or delays in fabrication.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for material issuance and stock availability.
- Ensure proper documentation for material movements (e.g., delivery orders, stock cards).
- Assist in inventory checks and material inspections when required.
- Ensure safe and orderly storage of tools, raw materials, and consumables.

**3. Any other tasks as requested by the Management.**

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
