**Finance Executive**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate periodic financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, implementing audit recommendations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Review and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to monitor and manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Contribute to the improvement and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with financial system migration and ERP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA) is a plus.

**Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**
