Manage existing clients with the objective of creating value for them

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

CORPORATE SOLUTIONS DIVISION

OVERALL BUSINESS
- Responsible for the management of relationships with assigned clients
- Building and maintaining professional relationships and actively engage with clients and intermediaries to achieve overall CS sales and profitability targets
- Provide consultative recommendation through analysis of C&U reports and propose measures to clients to better manage cost.
- Collaborate proactively and transparently with internal stakeholders (Operations, Customer Experience, Training, etc) to achieve the best customer experience.
- Responsible for opening VS accounts for Direct Clients
- Responsible to increase client’s product holding with AIA through cross-selling/upselling

EXECUTION PROCESS
- Seamless implementation - enrolment, briefing, helpdesk, policy issuance, setup
- Annual calendar of activities
- Account review - client insight, data analytics
- Corporate Vitality engagement discussion with HR - Direct clients
- Voluntary Solutions launches and activities - Direct clients

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Ensure AIA’s Operating Principles are clearly understood and practice
- Recognize own development needs and support further learning and development
- Leverage fully on internal relationship and networks to help overcome obstacles and get work accomplished

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in commercial, client-facing role
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and have the ability to be impartial and objective.
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style
- Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, performance driven
