Hence, we are looking for a highly energetic **Operation Executives**. We need someone who has a high passion for handling students & parents, is highly creative, and is committed to achieving great results together.

**Here are the responsibilities**:

- Reporting direct to Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the center
- Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude on monthly assembly via zoom
- Need to monitor, assist & report the centre in meeting the overall objectives of the centre and the needs of students
- Responsible to handle classes if there is no tutor’s replacement available
- Responsible for leading and manage the general supervision and management of all classes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer experience in class
- Performing ad-hoc operational duties

**Desired skills & experience**:

- **Interpersonal skills** to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being presentable and attentive
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
- To be able to work from 1.30pm to 10.30pm everyday except for Wednesday and Thursday from office at M Residensi, Rawang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
