**Job Summary**:
The Team Manager ensures the successful execution of collection strategies at the team level by supervising Team Leaders, tracking team KPIs, and driving performance and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Team Leaders and ensure collections teams meet their targets.
- Monitor daily productivity, recovery rates, and call quality.
- Support Team Leaders in training and mentoring Collection Officers (CROs).
- Analyze and report on collection data and trends to Operations Manager.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and recommend improvements.
- Resolve escalated issues or complaints from clients or debtors.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years in debt collection, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle performance pressure and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
