**JOB DESCRIPTION: Manpower Analyst**
**Reports to Crew Establishment Planning Manager**
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- ** Create flight pairings in AIMS for the full AirAsia network for Tech Crew and Cabin Crew in compliance with Flight Time Limitation rules and fatigue guidelines.**:
- ** Track schedule changes and evaluate block hour and flight pairing plans to ensure crew manpower is optimised while in accordance with DCA regulations.**:
- ** Liaise with AIMS Support to ensure that schedule changes (SSM/SSIM files) are uploaded in AIMS in a timely manner.**:
- ** Identify inefficient flight schedule and pairings and communicate recommended cost effective solutions in keeping with crew manpower capabilities to Schedule Planning..**:
- ** Liaise with Schedule Planning to ensure schedule changes are received by the cut off date. Effectively communicate with Training and Roster Planning teams regarding status of pairings.**:
- ** Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.**
**Qualification & Education, Experience, Training & Knowledge**
**Qualification & Education;**
- ** Higher education certificate or equivalent**
**Experience;**
- ** Prior experience in airline related industry advantageous**
**Training & Knowledge;**
- ** High level of computer literacy. Prior experience with AIMS advantageous.**
- ** Competent in MS Excel**
- ** Analytically minded**
- ** Excellent communication skills**
