**OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
The IT Specialist for CCTV Maintenance is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of CCTV systems. The primary objective is to guarantee the reliable and secure functioning of surveillance equipment, ensuring that it meets organizational needs for safety, security, and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing the technical aspects of the CCTV infrastructure, resolving issues promptly, and implementing improvements to enhance overall system performance.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENTS (KEY RESULT AREAS)**

1. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems with users and vendors.

2. Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and associated equipment.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video quality, connectivity, and system performance.

4. Ensures proper connectivity between cameras, recording devices, and monitoring stations.

5. Assists in troubleshooting hardware and software problems within the CCTV ecosystem.

6. Collaborates with other teams for more complex issues or system upgrades.

7. Refer major hardware and software problem or defective product to vendor or external contractual support.

8. Read technical manuals, confer with user, and conduct computer diagnostic to investigate and resolve problem and to provide technical assistance and support.

9. To support the daily performance of all computers, notebooks, printers and workstations and to record with service book on service required upon receiving request.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
