**1. Position Objective**:
a) Plan, organize and control quality activities to ensure high quality products, maximize productivity and reduce waste.

b) Effective people management.

**2. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
a) Responsible to report the QMS performance to the Quality Management Representative for continual improvement.

b) To liaise with the Quality Management Representative on company Quality Management System.

c) Assist Quality Management Representative to coordinate the Management Review Meeting.

d) Assist to collect and update the information with Departmental Heads on the risks and opportunities in their respective deparments.

e) Conduct the Lab Test to obtain the report as per customer requirement such as CoC and CoA.

f) To check the specification of Raw Material received and endorsed once QC done their checking.

g) To check and endorsed for Final Released of Finished Product.

h) A member of Validation Team.

i) Preparing the Medical Device File as per the requirement.

j) Preparing the Validation Report with the Validation Teams advises.

k) Maintain and update whenever there are any changes of document.

l) Ensure that document is of the latest revision and shall be available at the place of use.

m) Responsible for overall document control and distribution of documents to the user.

n) To compile the data related to Quality Objectives for yearly management review meeting.

o) Prepare Audit Plan at least once a year.

p) To ensure sufficient competent internal auditors are available for conducting internal audit.

q) Ensure that audits are carried out as plan non conformance raised have the corrective action taken effectively.

r) Safety, health and environmental matters.

**3. Skills and competencies**:

c) Leadership - willingness to leas, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.

**4. Performance Measures and Standards**:
a) Zero customer complaints

b) Zero quality issues complaints

c) Production output, waste, quality target and delivery time.

d) Machine downtime

e) Cost savings

f) Performance and motivation of production personnel

g) Staff training and development

h) Housekeeping / 5S in the production area

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
