**THE ROLE/**: Responsible for leading materials/MRP loading, scheduling of customer orders/backlog to align with manufacturing turnaround time and demand supply netting. Coordinate with Customer Service Team & Regional S&OP/Demand Planner to optimize results/meet department KPI. Responsible to optimize customer satisfaction, meet desired inventory levels at distribution center and customer stocking level, which supports the site revenue plan. Following are the detailed items: Manage the development and execution of finished goods supply plans to achieving customer required date. - Align supply vs demand to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time against the OSD. Strive for delivery performance of 95% on first commit. - Ensure all key metrics i.e. Safety Stocks quantity (SS), leadtime, intransit are updated and maintained periodically in the system or as and when change is required. - Ensure leadtimes are legitimate and reflects the actual supply chain capability. Propose change of leadtimes with proper justification for the interest of customer, also avoid aggressive scheduling and inventory holding. - Maintain and monitor the inter-company order schedule and release work orders based on intercompany or 3rd party vendor, per MOQ and capacity availability. - Analyze and timely update demand changes per customer contract, communicate schedule changes impact to the orders to the customer service team - Ensure a healthy SS per the target/desired inventory levels by part number/SKUs with limited liability exposure. Analyze changes to the inventory levels requirements per demand fluctuations and market conditions. Track and monitor inventory at 2 levels, distribution center and customer levels to ensure proactive back-to-back intercompany order issuance and trigger customer for refurbishment of inventory levels. - Predictable and reliable causal analysis (inventory reallocation to maximize revenue recognition). Adopt systematic approach to look at total inventory holding vs order vs demand forecast and be able to turnaround for revenue. - To drive consumption actions with Commercial teams, track and manage Excess and Obsolete (E&O) and Slow Moving Items (SMOI) to ensure mínimal financial impact or exposure. - Managing customer product change. i.e. ECN, EOL in a timely manner and advise any impact to revenue or excess exposure. - Work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure contingency plans are in place to deal with changes/crisis situations. - Additional duties as assigned by the Management. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Min. 10 years of experience in the areas of manufacturing supply chain/planning/production control; and responsible for backlog/order scheduling, inventory management, would be essential - Bachelor"s degree is required, or Diploma with relevant years of related work experiences - Added skills and know-how on project management, ECN/EOL/PCN management, master data management, demand forecast, allocation would be a great advantage. **REQUIRED SKILLS**: *** - Able to demonstrate accountability towards meeting delivery commitments and is customer savvy. - Analytical, self-motivated individual with extensive problem solving skills and demonstrate business acumen - High level interpersonal and leadership skill and change management leadership capability - Able to work with cross functional teams across the region to introduce and implement functional goals. - High attention to details with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
