**Responsibilities**:
As a Tech Risk & Compliance Officer, this junior position offers valuable hands-on experience into the intricate world of Technology Compliance. If you have a keen eye for detail, critical thinking with an eagerness to learn and build a career alongside a dedicated team in this field, we encourage you to apply.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the team with audit related tasks.
- Communicate audit requirements to internal IT staff.
- Conduct IT compliance reviews, identifying gaps and non-compliance.
- Perform scheduled tasks such as monthly document compilation and periodic record updates.
- Continuously monitor IT audit requirements and practices across the organization.
- Review and clean up IT policies, procedures, and guidelines for consistency, relevance, and proper classification.
- Follow up with other departments and update compliance status.
- Ability to collaborate with another department
- Organize tasks meticulously and ensure strong follow-ups.
- Handling of documents to maintain tidiness.
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills and the ability to articulate clearly.
- Perform ad hoc tasks that assigned by team lead or team manager.

**Pre-Requisites**
- Understanding the mechanics of engaging with an auditor to perform audit is an added advantage.
- Prerequisite basic knowledge on Risk Assessment, IT Security, Technical IT skill.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or other certification bodies is an added advantage.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, CISA, or similar credentials are advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic Information Technology knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
