AirAsia is set to take low-cost flying to an all new high with our belief, **"Now Everyone Can Fly"** **In-Flight Driver (HUB)** **Key Responsibility** - ** Monitor all available systems (WMS.CMS,TMS,SSR, Red watch,Rokki Our Shop, Santan Express) for decision making** - ** Monitor AIMS Red watch system to check delays during the shift and update to management.** - ** Comply to ISO 22000 std and ensure GMP is in practice at Warehouse & logistic** - ** Ensuring health, safety, cleanliness and security of the workplace** - ** Ensure stock count are done** - ** Ensure pre book duty free & Merchandise are uplifted during the shift.** - ** Ensure Vehicle insurance, road tax & AVP are valid prior usage.** - ** Assist operations staff whenever they need help for warehouse and airside operation** - ** Monitor,verify total meal received quantity, record receiving temperature and update all the detail into google sheet** - ** Ensure all deliveries of IFC carts to flights/aircraft are carried out in accordance to the Hi-Lift schedule, intact and on-time.** - ** Ensure to adhere with all airport safety regulations and department/company SOP and policy.** - ** Ensure driving licence “E”, GDL; MAB Pass & Airside Driving Permits are valid** - ** Ensure assigned Hi-Lifts are checked and checklists are done prior usage. Report to Duty Executive or Team leader if there are any damage or defects.** - ** Safe & efficient delivery of all carts from the warehouse into flight/aircraft according to the Hi-Lift schedule.** - ** All the return carts must immediately return to the warehouse. Ensure the return amenities are returned to the designated area.** - ** Ensure the loading bay shutter/sliding door is closed after loading & unloading activity complete. Make sure the loading bay area is clear from any leftovers from hi-lift.** - ** Ensure all duty free carts are collected as per the schedule and delivered into flight/aircraft. All the return duty carts must return immediately to the duty free bonded store.** - ** Ensure all f&b,merchandise & perishable carts are collected as per the schedule and delivered into flight/aircraft. All the return carts are must return immediately to designated inbound area** - ** Ensure sufficient replacement amenities collected from the warehouse and replenish at aircraft base on par level** - ** Ensure Hygiene kits are loaded and offloaded prior to leaving the aircraft.** - ** Communicate Maintenance PIC prior to sending the vehicle to GSE for maintenance and ensure the amenities are removed from Hi-Lift.** - ** Ensure hi-lift washing/cleaning done during shift without fail.** - ** Perform other duties & responsibilities as tasked by the Duty Executive, Team Leader and Inflight management.** - ** Report any incidents which occur during operations to the executive on duty immediately.** **Desired Skills & Experience** - ** **Minimum of qualification: SPM/Diploma** - ** Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment** - ** Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu** - ** Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Access) and google drive (Drive, sheet, Doc, Slide)** - ** Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people** - ** Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers** - ** Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments** - ** At least 3 years working experience in a related field will be a plus point** - ** High comfort level working in a diverse environment** - ** Able to travel as when it is required** **What you get in return.** - ** RedQ facilities include a Lil Star Child Care, physiotherapy centre, Allstars clinic** - ** A state of the art gym with a personal trainers, sleeping pods, an in-house salon** - ** Lunch allowance to use on daily meals, cafeteria, coffee bar, salad bar and a three-storey spiral slide and much more** ***AirAsia is an equal opportunity employer and due to the volume of applicants only shortlisted applicants will be notified.** **We are all different** - on
