Telemarketer Officer

Set up, renew, and cancel subscriptions, and handle any related payments.
- Answer questions, solve subscriber issues, and handle complaints to keep customers happy.
- Make a phone call.
- Monitor subscription stats like growth and cancellations; create reports to help improve performance.
- Work with marketing and finance teams on campaigns, billing, and subscriber communications.
- Keep subscription systems updated and resolve any technical issues.
- Help create and track promotional offers, newsletters, and updates for subscribers.
