**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team

- 3 to 5 years of retail leadership experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred)

**Assistant Store Manager**

As **Assistant Store Manager**, you play a key supporting role in driving the store's daily operations, elevating team performance, and delivering the **Vans** brand experience. You’re second-in-command, stepping up as a leader while staying connected to the floor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver high-impact customer experiences
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, and visual standards
- Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager
- Foster a culture aligned with **Vans** values of individuality and community

**You Bring**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Energetic, organized, and passionate about people and performance
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

**Retail Supervisor**

As **Retail Supervisor**, you’re the bridge between leadership and the floor team — guiding staff, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Support team performance, training, and development
- Assist in managing store operations and customer service
- Step in as manager-on-duty when required

**You Bring**
- 2-4 years of retail or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

**Retail Associate**

As **Retail Associate**, you’ll create meaningful customer connections through product knowledge, great service, and brand storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge

- Support sales, merchandising, restocking, and POS
- Contribute to daily store operations and targets

**You Bring**
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service
