Guest Relations Coordinator
We are looking for Guest Relations Coordinator.
As a Guest Relations Coordinator, we rely on you to
Ensure the overall wellbeing of guests in term of customer satisfaction and comfort.
Ensure all guest requirements are fulfilled in most efficient and timely manner.
Functions as an integral part of service in the Front Office and lobby section.
Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
**We are looking for someone who**:
Posses certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
At least 2 years experience with an international class hotel.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
Customer oriented and has a can-do attitude
Able to work flexible hours.
Commitment to professional values.
