**Job Descriptions**
- Prepare monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports.
- Responsible for the daily accounting functions and month end closing.
- Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including keeping accurate records of fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory and bank accounts.
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of accounting procedure and system.
- Ensure adherence to group policies.
- Assist in implementation of process, procedures and internal control measures to

ensure proper internal control system.
- Monitor all matters in relation to intercompany transaction.
- Liaison with all level management as to ensure timely reports to the

management.
- To liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bank and other statutory bodies to

ensure timely submission of statutory accounts to Government bodies and
bankers.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by the management as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit minimum of 6 months.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
