**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales and Marketing Executive** to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, promoting sustainability solutions, and contributing to meaningful environmental change.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote AEC’s sustainability consultancy and training services.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Plan, organize, and support sustainability-related events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing and social media activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide progress updates to management.
- Any ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, LinkedIn, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Passionate about sustainability, green building, and ESG practices.
