Warranty Processor Storekeeper

**About the Role**:
As a Warranty Processor cum Storekeeper at Proton e.Mas, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, managing parts inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will be stationed at our Juru Auto City outlet.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warranty Processing**:

- Review warranty claims to ensure eligibility and accuracy.
- Prepare necessary documentation and submit claims to the relevant authorities.
- Follow up on claims and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and payments.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on the status of their warranty claims.

**Storekeeping**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify stock shortages and discrepancies.
- Prepare and process delivery orders for parts and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
- Experience in warranty processing is an advantage.
