Position Overview:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the

organization. Your role will involve preparing financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses,

ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making

through financial data analysis. You will work closely with other departments to enhance

financial planning and forecasting activities, as well as ensure adherence to regulatory

requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide

insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities, including accounts payable,

accounts receivable, general ledger and taxation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records through meticulous data entry,

processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements,

and internal controls.
- Assist in project management and project accounting, providing financial oversight

and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies,

procedures, and controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and

secretarial matters.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance

financial management processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and

regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence

stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in

financial management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
