**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an annual audit plan and coordinate audit activities.
- Perform audits for business operations, finances, compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies.
- Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Evaluate the performance of audit staff and provide appropriate feedback.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Coordinate with team to review audit findings.
- Prepare reports with audit findings and recommendations.
- Assist in developing budgets and timelines for upcoming audits.
- Evaluate current audit procedures and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate audit status to management on regular basis.
- Discuss with management about audit observations, recommendations and actions to be taken.
- Prepare clear and complete audit work papers and store them in the department repository.
- Analyse and resolve audit issues in a timely fashion.
- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff.
- Visiting clients on-site and being a point of contact for the client throughout the year.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Additional Skills**:

- Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree in accounting.
- ACCA / CPA / ICAEW qualification is strongly desired.
- Min.5 years of external audit experience, ideally with exposure to public listed companies.
- Experience of leading and managing audit teams.
- Strong knowledge of understanding of risk-based auditing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge and experience on data analytics tool will be an advantage.
- Good team player and able to lead a team to work with tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
