**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for sourcing all of baby accessories product in local & oversea market
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase material from both local and overseas vendors
- Understand market trends, control the costs and price that to increase or decrease the inventory according to company needs
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Manage the company’s supply portfolio and discover and partner with trustworthy vendors
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors. Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Optimize sourcing procedures and SOP to attain maximum efficiency
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Degree in any supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in executing Global procurement and Sourcing activities.
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and time-management with organization and analytical ability.
- Experience in ERP environment and Microsoft Office
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvement.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, Engilish & CN (spoken and written).
- Willing to business travelling in local and overseas.

- 3年以上全球采购和采购的相关工作经验。
- 了解市场动态和合理的商业判断
- 较强的人际交往能力,问题解决能力和时间管理能力,组织和分析能力。
- 熟悉ERP系统和办公软件
- 具有与跨职能团队合作确保流程改进的经验。
- 熟练掌握马来语、英语和中文(说、写)。
- 愿意在国内和海外出差。
