This position is to support day-to-day operational function in Terminal & Vendor Management unit and managing vendor service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling and preparing all deployment, retrieval, reprogramming and tag on request that need to be send to terminal vendors on daily basis.
- Following up with the terminal vendors once the deployment and retrieval request has been attended by sending the Job Sheet over to the bank.
- Compiling a list of those completed deployments and prepare for the installation date capturing in Card system.
- Ensuring terminal deployment and retrieval master file is being updated with the retrieval and deployment dates to be reported to the Merchant business and contact center.
- Following up with terminal vendors on those unable to install terminal (UTI) and unable to retrieve terminals (UTR) and working closely with the merchant business team for the necessary action.
- Preparing and review on the terminal deployment and fault call performance report from vendors.
- Monitoring vendors service performance to ensure vendors are meeting bank’s service level when it comes to deployment and fault call handlings.
- Working closely with terminal vendor on the Monthly closing report and ensure timely submission to merchant business team with accurate information.
- Ensuring vendors provide a daily update on their terminal inventory and working closely with merchant business team on terminal purchase
- Support Section Head for the Standard Operating Procedure review and in line with the current practice.
- Back up duties or adhoc task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Support cross function within team in Card Operation (MY/SG) and attend adhoc request as and when assigned by the Management.
- Comply with bank policy & regulation, BNM guidelines and Card scheme rules as necessary.
- Escalation in placed when encounter production issue, system issue and backlogs.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the financial industry with experience in Merchant business process.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
- PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
- Strong analytical skill, good working attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Identify areas where processes can be simplified and automated to achieve to team efficiency and productivity.
