**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify brand opportunities and target audiences.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Create long-term and short-term brand plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns meet client requirements.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept development to execution, while adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-8 years of working experience in an advertising agency.
- Excellent understanding of digital ad agency workflows and processes.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Strong organization skills to manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skill to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during projects.
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and contractors.
- Experience in digital ad agencies is a must.
