IT Executive

Ensure IT equipment, operating system, CCTV, and phone system are being maintained to acceptable, safe, and working conditions
- Effective job performance, teamwork attitudes, and clear communications on daily work activities
- Conduct training or provide guidance to all staff including new hiring with regards to IT system
- Responsible for ICT budget (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Responsible for necessary risk assessments
- Create, maintain & document IT policies, procedures, new IT solution implementation
- Proactively follow up with vendors to ensure quick resolution to all incidents encountered
- Responsible for license and hardware warranty renewal
- Ensure IT service requests are logged in IT Service log book or form and respond quickly to guest’s requests or problem logs and maintain high service levels
