Ecommerce Manager

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**1. **E-commerce Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities in Malaysia and the region.
- Identify new online business opportunities (e.g., marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

2. **Online Store Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Manage product listings, pricing, categories, inventory sync, and content optimization.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer service flow.

3. **Marketplace Management**
- Manage listings, promotions, campaigns, and seller performance on local and regional marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace rules and best practices (Shopee Preferred, LazMall, etc.).
- Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility and growth.

4. **Digital Marketing & Performance**
- Analyze and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing.

5. **Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization**
- Monitor user behavior and feedback to improve UI/UX and site conversion.
- Manage live chat, customer queries, and post-sale satisfaction.
- Plan loyalty, referral, or bundling strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

6. **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and report KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, sales performance, ROAS, etc.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or platform dashboards for insights.
- Recommend actions based on data to improve overall performance.

7. **Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination**
- Work closely with warehouse/fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize shipping costs, courier performance, and stock availability.
- Monitor return/refund processes and minimize cost leakages.

8. **Technology & Platform Integration**
- Coordinate with developers/IT for platform updates, plug-ins, integrations (e.g., POS, ERP).
- Ensure website/mobile compatibility and functionality.
- Keep up with e-commerce trends and innovations (AI chatbots, personalization, etc.).

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior.
- Experience in digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and team coordination.
- Knowledge in UI/UX, SEO, and online customer journey.
- Basic tech skills (HTML/CSS, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) are a bonus.

**Typical Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
