Ringkasan Jawatan

Kami mencari seorang 3D Designer berbakat dan kreatif yang khusus dalam bidang Interior Design untuk menghasilkan visual yang menarik dan realistik bagi projek pelanggan kami. Calon perlu mahir menggunakan perisian 3D terkini serta memahami konsep reka bentuk dalaman, pemilihan material, dan susun atur ruang.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Menghasilkan 3D visual, rendering, dan layout plan untuk projek reka bentuk dalaman (kabinet dapur, wardrobe, kabinet TV, ruang tamu, bilik tidur, pejabat, dll).

Bekerjasama dengan designer, sales team & pelanggan untuk memahami kehendak dan konsep reka bentuk.

Menyediakan floor plan, elevation, dan 3D perspective mengikut spesifikasi projek.

Mengemas kini dan mengubahsuai reka bentuk mengikut feedback pelanggan.

Memastikan setiap design mempunyai skala, proporsi, dan material yang tepat.

Mengikuti trend reka bentuk terkini serta memastikan output selaras dengan konsep syarikat.

Menyediakan fail akhir (source file) untuk tujuan produksi & pemasangan.

Keperluan & Kelayakan
Minimum Diploma/Degree dalam Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia Design, atau bidang berkaitan.

Pengalaman mínima 1-2 tahun dalam industri reka bentuk dalaman (fresh graduate dengan portfolio yang baik dialu-alukan).

Kemahiran dalam perisian seperti:
SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender

V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape

AutoCAD

Photoshop atau software penyuntingan grafik lain

Kreatif, teliti pada perincian, dan mampu menyiapkan kerja mengikut tarikh akhir.

Mempunyai portfolio hasil kerja 3D design yang boleh dibentangkan.

Bonus: Berpengalaman dengan Coohom atau platform cloud-based design.
