1. Admin role

Arrange daily work schedule for workers and monitor their attendance
Assist the company to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks that facilitates the smooth running of business operations
Prepare regular reports and registers on timely basis
Issue, record and process quotation, invoice, purchase order and payment voucher
Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval
Handle Social Media

2. Operation role

To monitor and supervise team deliveries, performance & comply with customers’ rules & regulation.
Daily monitoring of subordinates’ work performance to meet the requirements of customers/ building management.
Arrange work schedule for subordinates and monitor their attendance
Response to queries and complaints of customers/ building management on timely, professionally and efficiently basis
To maintain a good working relationship with team.
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, restroom cleaning etc)
Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there's complaint.

Job Requirements:
Possess valid driving license D will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience.
Willing to handle emergency incoming calls after work/ during rest day
Required Skill(s): basic accounting knowledge, computer literate, Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint), good interpersonal and communication skill at all level.
Possess of high level of responsibility, accountable, fast learner, dynamic, self-discipline and good attendance.
Well-developed time management skills to meet all the deadline given, take career seriously & hungry for success.
Able to be multitask proactive, take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision and capable to lead.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
