We are looking for a driven and customer-focused **Sales Advisor** to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored financial advices on life insurance, wealth & asset management, will & trust.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and advice to ensure clients are well-informed and satisfied with their financial plans.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments, explaining product features and benefits to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and changes in the financial industry to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage and track leads, sales activities, and client information using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial advisory roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, such as insurance and wealth management, is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
