**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Min. Certificate in Interior Design / Quantity Survey / Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years and above relevant working experience in Architecture / Interior Design / Fit-Out / Construction site.
- Language(S) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Skill : Sketch Up (**MUST**), Ms Office, Ms Excel
- Able to work independently & possess own transport
- Multi task with good time management
- Knowledge in construction methods and material
- Sensitivity in aesthetic design
- Good coordination and communicate skill
- Independent, take initiative to solve problem

**RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- To assist Project Manager in propose interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management, coordination and resolve technical issue on site.
- Oversee and manage the resources requirements and allocations such as material and manpower.
- Attend all project coordination, technical or site meetings and regular inspection/supervise work progress on site.
- Keep track, compile and report all related documents.
- Liaise and Coordinate with workers/sub-contractor, supplier, technician and operation staff for daily work activities.
- Update project status reports in timely manner.
- To attend and solve on-site issues appropriately and in timely manner.
- Handle few on-going projects on same time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
