**Responsibilities**:
**Patrol Duties**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety.
- Inspect and monitor access points, parking lots, and all critical areas.
- Report any suspicious activities or breaches to the Security Supervisor immediately.

**Access Control**:

- Control access to the building by verifying the identity of individuals and managing visitor logs.
- Issue and track security badges and passes as required.
- Ensure all security doors and gates are secured according to protocol.

**Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including fire, theft, and medical emergencies.
- Provide first aid as needed until emergency services arrive.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to employees and visitors.
- Assist with directions, information requests, and other inquiries.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding security.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
- Participate in security training and meetings as required.

**Emergency Procedures**:

- Follow established emergency procedures and protocols during crises.
- Assist in evacuation plans and drills.

**Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with other security personnel and management.
- Use talkie and other communication devices to coordinate with team members.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM and Certificate.
- Previous experience in security.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

**Working Conditions**
- This role may require working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The position involves standing, walking, and potentially confronting individuals.
- The Security Guard must be able to work in various weather conditions and handle emergency situations.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
