**[Job Responsibilities]**
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Understanding the company product and designing effective training programs.
- Conduct online and offline seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, PPT, videos, recordings etc.
- Keep attendance and ensure quality of work from external speaker.
- Delivering passionate and informative motivational speeches.
- Training, monitoring and evaluating external trainers.
- Conducting AMA with external party.

**[Job Requirements]**
- Minimum 1 year with proven experience as corporate trainer/speaker.
- Knowledge or experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be an advantage.
- Understanding effective teaching methodologies.
- Understanding teaching tools such as zoom, twitter space, Youtube etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint).
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Able to be proactive and take up responsibility.
