**Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Marketing:
- Train and guide customers on product knowledge, and represent good selling skills to the standard procedures as set by the company
- Ensuring the sales team meets its goals and targets of efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities for selection of hiring and training sales assistants, monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based on demands
- Research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds client expectations.
- You are expected all sales KPI's are met
- You are expected to achieve and or exceed sales and business targets
- Responsible to conduct product demonstrations e.g., as a live streamer via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, etc.) when needed.

Administration:
- Prepare various sales and marketing reports in a timely manner e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
- Preparing quotation, finalizing and closing sales
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
