**We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer** **Position: Full Time** **Industry: Beauty & Wellness (E-commerce)** **Location: Eco Palladium, Mount Austin JB** **Your Responsibilities**: - Generate innovative and trend-forward design concepts for seasonal and festive collections. - Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing and aligned with the brand’s identity and market trends. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Development team to develop creative assets (social posts, ads, packaging, logo, live props, website etc.) that align with business branding objectives. - Manage the entire design process, from initial conception and brainstorming to final printing production, by adhering to precise specifications and deadlines. - Manage multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. - Ensure all designs are delivered accurately and on schedule, meeting client and company expectations. **What We’re Looking For**: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and expertise. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong knowledge of typography, branding, color theory, and visual composition. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. - Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is an added advantage. - Deep knowledge in various content types, particularly those relevant to social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Douyin, Shopee, Lazada etc). - Good command of English and Mandarin. **What We Offer**: - 5 Working Days - Attractive Remuneration - Career Progression - Vibrant Work Environment - Comprehensive Training **Join AI&MI Group** - Leading the way in E-commerce Beauty & Wellness_ Established in Singapore in 2020, AI&MI Group is a beauty and wellness company offering nutritional food supplements and skincare products.
