**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: Junior Application Developer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building new modules and features based on functional and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, QA testers, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
- Assist in database design and optimization (MySQL).
- Stay up to date with Laravel and general web development trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Grade level entry with background on PHP and Laravel knowledge.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with third-party APIs or payment gateways.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and basic server management.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Application Developer: 1 year (preferred)
- PHP and Laravel knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
- front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript: 1 year (preferred)
