Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
- Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips.
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
- take part in familiarisation visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
- liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance
- deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
- implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by The Management

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
