They perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains, checking for leaks, replacing worn-out parts, and addressing any plumbing-related concerns. 3.Keep accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities. 4.Diagnose problems and develop effective solutions. They use various tools and equipment to identify leaks, blockages, and malfunctions, and then implement appropriate repairs or replacements to restore the system's functionality. 5.Ensure that all installations and repairs meet the required standards for safety, functionality, and environmental sustainability. 6.Need to interact with others in addressing their concerns, providing explanations, and offering advice on plumbing systems and maintenance. 7.Maintain accurate records of their work, including details of repairs, installations, inspections, and any modifications made to plumbing system 8.Work alongside with other, such as construction workers, contractors, and building inspectors, to ensure coordinated efforts and compliance with project requirements. 9.Maintain knowledge of local building codes and industry practices to ensure compliance during installations and repairs. 10.Communicate effectively to understand customer concerns and explain the work performed.
