**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible for inspection raw materials prior production. And during production. To meet the international standards and requirements of customers. To ensure that the products meet the quality standards

(Study Drawing, procedure and project requirements or job assignment)

(Attended Pre Inspection Meeting)

Material Traceability, forming record, Welding Inspection Record,

Straightness record, Roundness record, Final Dimension record wae Pressure Test record ucts

(Preparing Inspection format such as Material Traceability, forming record, Welding Inspection Record,

Straightness record, Roundness record, Final Dimension record and Pressure Test record, etc)

(Preparing NDT [RT map] format report)

(Preparing measurement tools used to receive the raw material and inspection during production ,

Ensure that the measurement tools is in perfect condition and calibrated before use)

(Raw material and welding rod receiving inspection prior production. To protect raw materials that do

not meet the standards and requirements into the production process)

(Verify the storage and baking of the welding rod or flux before use/ during working)

(Verify Manufacturing [fabrication, Installation, etc] procedure)

(Product inspection during production according to the inspection procedures specified in the

Inspection and Test Plan [ITP])

(Verify the qualified welders to be able to work according to the requirements of each job)

(Verify process product equipment appropriateness)

(Verify the product test as required)

(Record Inspection form in item 3 and 4 above)

(Inspection packing list to match items)

(Preparing documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and TIS / OHSAS 18001)

(Progress report, problems report and propose solutions to Quality Assurance Manager)

(Preparing reports of nonconformities and follow up on corrective actions)

(Resolve customer complaints)

(Responsible according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001

(Responsible according to the requirements under ISO 14001
