Job Responsibilities - Close online sales via phone or Whatapps - Manage sales at FB, Shopee, Lazada, Carousel - Coordinate with logistic team for installation arrangement - Coordinate with purchaser for ordering with production and supplier - Ensure the adequacy and update of sales-related material, promotion and latest price list. - Able to resolve customers’ complaints promptly - Collect payment from customers - To achieve monthly sales target set by the company. Job Requirements - Experience in online sales and social media - Minimum SPM holder and good communication skill. - Able to answer client question on time - Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
