1. Troubleshoot and rectify all technical areas i.e. electrical, plumbing and air condition, etc.

2. Carry out any other duties as and when given by immediate superiors.

3. Carry out meter reading.

4. Conduct daily M&E checklist according to superior instruction.

5. Report any other irregulates to Building Executive for major defects.

6. Maintain all maintenance stock is in order e.g. bulb, fused, plumbing parts, etc.

7. Attend to customer feedback and provide relevant advice.

8. To assist the Building Manager to enforce the House Rules

9. To assist the Building Manager to monitor service provider and contractor's works.

10. To be on standby during on-call and respond in a timely manner.
