**Responsibilities**:

- Establish relevant systems as needed by the company’s development and maintain them to ensure effectiveness.
- Attending to internal audit, customer audits and third-party certification in a timely manner.
- Determine the disposition results for raw and auxiliary materials, process samples and finished products.
- Promptly communicate customer complaints, organize problem analysis, summarize solutions, follow up on resolutions, and provide feedback to customers.
- Participate in quality reviews of new products and projects, engage in quality reviews of technical modification projects, and analyse quality risks.
- Verify finished product batch combinations, labelling, printing, and affixation, and conduct final inspections before shipment, including handling of commodity inspections.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees on the quality system and awareness and prepare the annual quality training plan.

**Requirements**:

- Degree and above, with more than 5 years of experience in the area, and experience in fine chemicals and pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Possess knowledge of chemical engineering basics, or Industry chemistry, etc. Experienced or possess knowledge on GMP & US FDA regulations
- Prefer that the QA managerial role be filled by someone from the QC department, as they are more familiar with the QC processes and are better equipped to handle FDA audits
- Proficient in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
