**Duties and responsibilities**
- Interpret design concepts, produce necessary drawings & realize good design product
- Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects
- Collaborate with project team to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve issues as they arise
- Industrial knowledge of building, engineering and materials
- Able to analyze concepts and situation to come up with design related solutions
- Create detailed schematics that are utilized in the construction process
- Incorporate inputs of various stakeholders into technical drawings
- Able to clearly specify dimensions, codes, materials and production methods in technical drawings
- Able to conduct site coordination

**Qualifications**
- Fresh gratuated are welcome to apply, but experience in related industry is a an advantage
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Strong ability to operate and learn various software’s (AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Dsmax, Revit, Rhino and etc...)
- Preferably, Intermediate / Senior Executive specialized in Thematic Works / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Able to make decisions based on designs

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
