**Position Title: Warehouse Asst cum Production Asst**

**Department: Operations**

**General Summary**:
To manage and responsible for the maintenance of a department’s warehouse which includes but not limited to, stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing and related duties as required. To Assist and support daily production activities according to plan schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Head of Department on all important/problems.
- **Plans and performs works that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms and various type of equipment.**:

- Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
- Stores supplies and equipment in storerooms.
- **Keeps records to maintain inventory** control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates when applicable.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis and management thru SQL system
- Involve monthly stock count.
- Preparation for monthly stock take according to zoning, labelling for each item, checking
- quantity after production counting and make sure sticker are patch on the item before auditing.
- Warehouse planning and keeps all the goods as per zoning.
- **Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.**:

- Assist and support daily production activities and ensure timely delivery
- **Direct and coach workers in the execution of daily jobs.**:
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and able to drive forklift to arrange material (or willing to learn)
- Must have basic understanding related to Training : ISO, Effective storekeeping and other's.
- Capable of working well with senior foreign workers and the team.
