Attend to internal operations, HR, IT team and outsourced Accounting & Tax (A&T) vendor’s query on finance and tax related issue.
- Collaborate with country operations, group finance/HR, regional IT and counterpart in other countries to provide financial transaction and info. to outsourced A&T vendor for the preparation of F/S reports and other statistic reports for regulatory reporting and tax declaration purpose. This include but not limited to the followings: a. Bank’s payment transaction b. Vendor invoices c. Sales/ revenue invoices d. Provisional/ accrual figures i.e. revenue provision, accrual of expenses. e. Payroll transactions, staff claims, headcount etc. f. Intercompany transactions, balance confirmation etc.
- Review the draft company’s F/S reports prepared by the outsourced A&T vendor and provide feedback for the preparation of final reports and CIT computation for statutory and management reporting purpose.
- Collaborate with outsourced A&T vendor on country’s e-invoicing implementation, customer billing and VAT declaration and filing exercise
- Collaborate with outsourced A&T vendor on local withholding tax matter.
- Collaborate with legal and outsourced management services vendor on corporate secretarial and legal representative related matter.
- Review payment transaction, vendor & customer local services agreement, internal services agreement (ISA) as per internal control and approval procedures and provide feedback to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:
