**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the test strategy & testing scope outline in test plan/script
- Execute end-to-end UAT based on Test Plan/Script
- Perform retest of fixed defects/errors
- Compile test plan, test results and supporting documents
- Add / Record the gaps that identified during UAT into a Master List
- Inform CX BA, and team member, stakeholder and IT (if required) on completion of UAT
- Perform the tasks independently with mínimal supervision
- Timely update of actual time spend of all works in eResource Scheduler.
- Expand the skill set & knowledge across business functionality
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
**Requirements**:
- Education - Preferably Degree holder. Diploma holder with 1-2 years working experience in financial institution shall be considered.
- **Fresh graduate** with tertiary degree, Actuarial Science and Computer Science background will be in advantage
- Communication - Good command of English for both written and oral.
- With relevant test execution experience, and knowledge in insurance industry processes will be in advantage.
- Knowledge of programming skill will be an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
