**REQUIREMENTS**
- The Corporate Finance Manager must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or Accounting.
- Eight years or more of related experience required.
- Professional qualification will be an added advantage be it ACCA / MICPA / CFA or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years' corporate finance experience (M&A acquisition, divestment, capital raising - equity and debt refinancing) gained in a medium or large corporation.
- Exposure to corporate finance in Construction industry, investment banks or audit firms will be an advantage
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will be necessary in the creation of financial reports and recommendations.
- Exposure to treasury activities will also be an advantage
- Ability to handle financial modelling (develop, modify, review) preparation and presentation
