Debt Collection

Responsible to make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their credit card or loan payments.
- Responsible to liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues.
- Persuade, negotiable and work closely with the account holders to make workable repayment arrangement.
- Responsible to follow-up and monitor on accountholder’s payment thoroughly in timely manner.
- To attend to the documentation required to assist collection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
